Mental Health is a kaleidoscope of colours. Universally human yet unique to every one of us. Just as our own mental health is constantly changing and evolving, organisations need to respond to the ever-changing needs of their workforce.
About Kaleidoscope Connect
Kaleidoscope Connect 2021 is a global virtual gathering that brings together the HR, People, and Wellbeing community ahead of World Mental Health Day.
At Unmind we see mental health as a kaleidoscope of colours. Every one of us is unique, and our mental health journey can take many twists and turns.
In order to thrive, our minds need to be understood and proactively supported and we believe this does not stop when employees enter their workplace.
The aim of this event is to create a space for organisations who are interested in workplace mental health to come together to learn from each other on a range of mental health topics.
